Natural Health - How to Use Ayurveda and Sesame Oil to Relieve Stress Or Pain

Let's face it, stress can take it's toll on our health.

Often you need a solution and you need it fast. We can't always change the stress that's in our life, the only solution is to change our response to it so it doesn't make us sick, literally.

Ayurveda, the 5000 year old medical system from India can help.

Often if you visit a physician he will prescribe a medication, usually a narcotic designed to relieve anxiety and tension. The only problem is they often cause lethargy, light headedness, or make you drowsy. Not a good thing if you are at work, or planning on driving your kids to soccer practice.

In Ayurveda stress related symptoms are usually the result of a "vata" imbalance. To restore harmony and balance an Ayurvedic doctor or practitioner will prescribe Abyhanga, a massage technique. Frequently this is performed in an office or spa setting but you can easily do it at home to make it a cost effective, regular treatment for stress, pain, and insomnia.

Sesame oil, unrefined ,is massaged on the entire body. It is best done with warm oil. Beginning at the top of the head rubbing in circular motions in the large joint areas and straight strokes over the long bones, massage your entire body.

This is best done in the morning, in a warm bathroom, prior to bathing. However, an equally effective, shorter version that promotes deep and restful sleep can be done at bedtime. Massage the oil into the scalp and bottoms of your feet. (You can wrap your head and wear socks to protect your sheets)

Using this technique regularly provides quick and permanent relief. The benefits and results get better and better the more you do it. You'll be surprised that something so simple can have such a calming and healing effect on you and your health.

And now I would like to offer you free access to my report "7 Natural Health Tips to Have More Energy".

World Of Warcraft Mount Guide

Each race in World of Warcraft have their own mount which is a pet found in the Azeroth landscape which they can tame and ride around with. For example on the Alliance faction, the Humans have access to horses, while on the Horde side Trolls have raptors. Each of the other races also have their own particular pet to ride. To able to ride you need the skill of riding which can only obtained once a wow character has reached level 40.

Among wow players mounts are regarded as status symbols for players who have reached the half way point of the game at lvl 40. In fact for me it is always the goal of attaining my mount (especially my very first one) that gives me the motivation to grind away at the games quests and slaying of monsters while half way through the game.

But really, the best advantage mounts give you is to enable you to travel over land so much faster than by merely walking or running around. On top of that evading monsters is that much easier making game play less stressful when you are trying to get to a far flung destination. It is still possible for some monsters to knock you off your "steed" and force you to fight from time to time, but 90% of the time you will out run them. Also in certain enclosed places like inns, instance runs, quest buildings, neutral towns etc, it is not possible for you to get about on your mount.

Another advantage is that if attacked it will be your character taking the damage and not the mount, so if you die there is no need to re-summon it, as a hunter or warlock would with their pet or minion, or even having to buy another. The other great thing about owning a mount is that each different race can pick from a variety of mounts. At levels 60 and 70 there are even more better faster ones you can pick provided you have learned the necessary skill to ride which is easy enough if you have the gold to pay the riding trainer. Also depending on how exalted your reputation is with another race in your faction you might be eligible to ride their steed, ram, raptor, horse etc etc. It goes without saying that Alliance and Horde races cannot their rival faction mounts.

There are quests where you can obtain rare mounts like the "Black Qiraji Battle Tank" in the "Silithus quest" (obtained at around level 60) that will further enhance your character reputation in the game and in the eyes of other players as well as netting you an unusual looking mode of transport. Instances also provide rare pets you can ride like the "Fiery Warhorse" in Kharazan which alas only drops at the rate of 1 in a 1000 kills.

There are many, many other examples of world of warcraft mounts, from turtle to fun ones introduced at special times of year like the rein deer is at Christmas or the flying broomstick at Halloween. This is what makes world of warcraft the great and unusual game that it is. The depth even when it comes to characters transport is varied and detailed and very entertaining.

Stumble Upon is one of the coolest web that I like most. It is basically an anti search website, when you "stumble", it fetch others' favorite page, picture or video to you. If you like it, just click on like it or otherwise.

5. Digg it

Similar to Stumble Upon, it is for people to discover new site and pages and share among the community, blog or site can be submitted, voted and commented. The name Digg was chosen because users are able to dig new stories every thing. But the problem is the most 'Digg' only appear on the front page.
